You Will Be Replaced By Ai

Get ready for a complete shift

I meant to send this out yesterday but oh well here we are.

Happy Monday Moementum fam!

Writing to you some 9 pm thoughts, espresso in hand, and red light flooding my room while I talk to my AI about the future.

Yeah, we're getting weird with it tonight.

Today’s topic is my YouTube history for the last 2 weeks.

"AI agents" This isn't just ChatGPT or Claude we're talking about.

We're talking about a completely autonomous digital workforce.

Let’s dive in.

If you get geeked out by the end of this and have some development experience shoot me a reply 🙂

Ai Agents

First off, let me break down what I mean by "AI agents" because this isn't just ChatGPT or Claude we're talking about.

We’re talking about a completely autonomous digital workforce.

These are autonomous AI systems that can actually execute tasks, make decisions, and interact with customers without constant human oversight..

I actually cant belive i’m writing this lol

Think of them as your digital employees who can:

  • Handle customer service conversations

  • Manage inventory and supply chain decisions

  • Optimize your ad campaigns in real-time

  • Personalize product recommendations

  • Even write your email campaigns (don't worry, I'm still writing these newsletters myself for now)

The crazy thing is we are not that far off from seeing this become mainstream, the evolution of Ai is moving at a pace I’ve never seen before.

Here's what's happening right now that you need to know about:

Customer Service.

Remember how we used to stress about hiring and training CS agents? AI agents are already handling basic customer inquiries with platforms like Gorgias's AI agent.

But here's the real kicker - they're not just answering questions, they're actually learning from every interaction to serve customers better.

For example, I was testing Shopify's new AI agent capabilities last week, and it was able to:

  • Pull order status updates

  • Process returns

  • Recommend products based on previous purchases

  • Handle multi-language support without missing a beat

Inventory & Pricing Intelligence

This is where things get really interesting. AI agents are starting to make inventory decisions that traditionally require experienced supply chain managers and forecasting gurus..

You can now go to Google Gemini, open a screen share, share with her your data and start talking live 1 on 1 for answers regarding ANYTHING!!

“Hey Gemini”

  • Looking at my last 12 months can you predict demand spikes before they happen for me

  • Can you optimize restock levels across warehouses & place orders necessary

  • Flag potential supply chain issues weeks in advance and send me a report on how to solve them

Ai is growing to be more than just a chatbot, it’s now getting to a point where you can train it to be FULL AUTONOMOUS employee and this is why it’s so mind-blowing.

I watched Andrew Tate live on Spaces debate with an AI agent of himself and pretty much get smoked lol

Marketing Automation

Forget everything you know about basic automation.

The new wave of AI agents can:

  • Write and optimize ad copy in real-time

  • Generate and test creative variations

  • Create content and post them on socials

  • Adjust bidding strategies on Google, Meta and any other Ad platform

The list goes on…

But let me share something that actually blew my mind last week.

I was speaking to a friend who’s generating 200k+ by himself using Ai to help him run a skincare brand, here’s what his agent can do:

  • Write unlimited email sequences

  • Handle 500 customer service tickets overnight

  • Optimize their ad spend across 3 platforms

  • Report, predict and analyze inventory on a daily basis with clear action items on how to order it…

This is enough work for a team of 5 people. He has an AGENT doing it!

For less than what you'd pay a junior VA for a day…

What’s even crazier is he wasn’t even using no crazy tech (from my understanding) - he was using tools available right now, and most brands aren't even looking at them.

His advice to me was to:

  1. Start with Chat GPT 4 + Shopify's new AI tools

  2. Learn basic prompt engineering (there's a free course at deeplearning.ai)

  3. Pick ONE area of your business to automate first

  4. Document everything that could be handled by an AI

  5. Test different AI tools for 2 weeks each

The goal isn't to replace your whole operation overnight. It's to start building your AI muscles before it becomes a necessity.

And speaking of necessity...

I know some of you are reading this thinking "Yeah whatever, I'm too good at what I do to be replaced by AI."

The "I'm Too Smart to Be Replaced" Trap

Let me be real with you for a second...

. You've spent years mastering email flows, perfecting ad creative, and building customer service playbooks. But here's the harsh truth - this tech isn't coming to replace you, it's going to replace the people who don't adapt to using it.

Think about it this way:

Remember when everyone thought they were "too smart" to need TikTok? Now look at the brands crushing it because they jumped in early while others were sleeping on it.

The reality? This tech is going to create more competition than you can imagine. When any brand can spin up AI-powered customer service, smart email flows, and data-driven marketing campaigns... what's going to make you special?

The answer isn't to fight it - it's to get ahead of it.

Start building in-house tech capabilities now. Whether that's:

  • Creating custom AI agents for your specific products

  • Building proprietary data models for your customer base

  • Developing unique automation workflows that your competitors can't copy

The brands that survive won't be the ones who think they're too smart to be replaced.

Because while everyone else is debating if AI will replace them, the smart ones are already building their competitive advantage.

Remember, small actions create Moementum.

Stay locked in!

Yours truly, Moe
