The Consumer Price Index helps us measure inflation, and knowing when a period of inflation or deflation is on the rise, could help you make better decisions to preserve your cash savings and other investments. 

What to do during CPI movement. 🤔

Lower prices :

• Increase your liquid cash reserves. 

• Fall could signal a more significant economic slowdown. 

Higher Prices :

• Be on the defensive. 

• Investing in Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities, money market funds, commodities, real estate, or bonds helps counter the rising prices.

The recent report says inflation slowed to 8.5% in July on a year-over-year basis. 

The outcome 🔮 : 

• BTC jumped 3.5%

• ETH jumped 8.5%

• Positive news decreased the risk of another 75-basis point move. 

• Traders bet the FED will increase rates by 50 basis points in September. 

Since we know CPI lowered a little this month, it would be wise to increase our liquid cash so we can get it when there is more of a decline.

He will spearhead the development of the new season of NBA Top Shot, NFL all day and UFC strike. At the same time, he is working on introducing new products and services for the blockchain.
