Will this be the next big collab? 

YugaLabs is currently building a BAYC metaverse called Otherside. For those who don't know, people were paying up to 2.5Ξ in gas fees on the initial land drop. Because of the numerous complaints, Yuga Labs released a statement that they are working towards finding a new blockchain platform to transition to. 

Yesterday, the Avalanche team offered a proposal for Yuga Labs to bring The Otherside Metaverse to AVAX.

Though Yuga Labs team still hasn't responded to this proposal, if this is accepted, we can expect some upside movement on $AVAX. Yuga Labs has the largest NFTs in the space, so this will be major. We may even see other projects begin to follow in their steps. 

Could it be the fall of NFTs on the Ethereum chain? 🧨

Seth Green's Bored Ape that was supposed to star in new show got stolen in phishing scam

Actor and producer Seth Green was robbed of several NFTs this month after falling for a phishing scam.

On Saturday, Green teased a trailer for White Horse Tavern at the NFT conference VeeCon. The show seems to be based on the question, "What if your friendly neighbourhood bartender was Bored Ape Yacht Club #8398?" Interesting concept. 

Too bad for Green. What also matters is copyright law. And when a scammer stole the actor's NFT collection in early May, he lost commercial rights to his show's cartoon protagonist, a scruffy Bored Ape named Fred Simian. This may lead him to have to cancel his upcoming show!

But there is still hope! He claims that he can take the buyer of the stolen NFT to court to get access to the exclusive IP address of that specific NFT. The lesson of the day: read Seedphrase Daily 😉

Jadu raises $36M for AR & VR platform

The Jadu, have announced they have raised $36M to build an Augmented Reality game world built around virtual items.

The Jadu app, emerging out of TestFlight beta this summer, allows players to connect their Ethereum wallet and access AR gameplay for their favourite avatar.
