👉️ Our take: We are not against regulation, but this just ain’t it. Truth is, the SEC has failed terribly at their job. They are meant to protect investors, especially retail (us). Yet, investors were defrauded by FTX, Celsius, Luna, 3AC, and many more bad actors while the SEC did nothing to prevent it. Now, once we’ve gone through max pain, they are attacking the space. This helps no one.

Coinbaise will “happily” defend their staking services in court. Brain Armstrong claims their staking services in the US are not securities. And his legal team is willing to go to court to prove it. The hero we need. - Read more
