I found a new lowkey brand that’s done $800,000 on TikTok shop in the last 30 days so I decided to talk about how I found it and how you can maximize the opportunity to start a brand today.

Finding New Products

Somedays I get sucked into my phone watching pointless videos on TikTok

This week was one of them

But I did it with the intention for some of you guys reading this today.

What’s most fascinating to me now is how easily somebody can launch a product and build a 7 figure business in today’s day and age.

So today I’m overly simplifying that process for you all and walk you through how I would go about it if I had to start all over again.

The reality is highly profitable products are hiding in plain sight. They're everywhere.

How Do I Find A Winning Product?

I spend time where my shoppers spend time — specifically Tiktok.

The key thing here is to do this on desktop no mobile!

Let’s say you want to start a supplement brand

Step 1: Search Supplements

Step 2: Look at the recommendation section on the right side

Step 3: Keep going through the rabbit hole until you find something doing a good job that can be improved

After I searched for Supplements I moved into Supplements For Women somehow after that I ended up on Supplements For Women Kitty (LOL)

I came across this brand Her Fantasy Box and they are absolutely cooking

Instantly after looking at their numbers, I knew there was opportunity so what do I do?

I find their best-selling product and move into step 2.

Product Sourcing

I would use a one-stop-shop solution like Supliful to help me with everything from product formula, design, and even my Shopify buildout

Start Marketing

Finally, I would set up my Tiktok Shop, find 10 creators to work with, and start scaling.

When It comes to finding creators it’s easier than a lot of people think.

My process has always been simple, find the top creators promoting your competitor, find the people in their comments, and offer them free samples 😉 

Of course, that’s just one way to do it, and if you made it this far in the read I’m sure you can figure out a couple more.

Anyway my tacos just got here, I tried out a different format today to gauge your guy’s feedback and see how you like it.
