  • The Scoop: A law firm called Roche Freedman was hired by Avalanche to collect confidential information of rival companies via class-action lawsuits. 

  • The Videos: Kyle Roche, founding partner of Roche Freedman, was the one spilling all the beans in multiple videos. He didn't know he was being recorded.

  • The Payout: Roche Freedman allegedly received a handsome share of AVAX tokens and Ava Labs stock.

Avalanche's Plan📝:

  • Use the American legal system to attack and harm crypto projects that compete with Ava Labs and Avalanche. 80s mafia style.

  • Sue crypto industry actors to create magnets for regulators such as the SEC and CFTC that distract them from the high commercial use of Ava Labs.

  • Secretly pursue Avalanche founder, Emin Gun Sirer's, vendettas against individuals and other projects.

What if it's true 😔?

  • $AVAX will likely have as much chance as Luna to recover.  

  • They will face massive lawsuits.

When NFTs are shared on FB or IG, the artist/owner is automatically tagged, and there are no fees for sharing. 

As it stands, Meta has 2.32B users. Yes. With a B. For perspective, it would take 4,296,296 football arenas to fit all those people in one place. 

Meta trying to keep web2 relevant since Facebook is overtaken by grandmas.

DeGods is Solana's biggest project with an ATH floor price of 579 SOL.

Since announcing their next collection, y00ts, DeGods pumped 131 SOL!

Y00ts will launch on Thursday, September 2.
