What I would do if I were Jake Paul rn.
How I would catch the W with W.
Happy Thursday Momentum Fam!
You see the big news?
Jake Paul recently just launched a skincare brand.
It’s called W, and I think it might be his road to a billionaire
But they have a long way to go.
Jake Paul isn’t me…
So he might not understand the depth of e-com strategy on TikTok.
But if I were to partner up with Jake and scale this brand up…
Here’s exactly how I would tackle W’s TikTok strategy:
Phase 1
BFCM is right around the corner.
And since W isn’t already listed on TikTok Shop…
I would start NOW.
The process of getting your business listed on TikTok Shop can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks depending on your niche and how complex your business is.
In other words, I’d get on that ASAP.
Because the way I look at it is TTS is a first movers advantage and lately we keep seeing the “first” brand to launch something is usually the one that ends up dominating.
First mover advantage + Fast execution almost guarantees you success on the platform.
Phase 2
Hire As Many Affiliates As Possible.
Jake paul is a massive influencer and he has pull more than any average brand owner…
Affiliates are the bread and butter of every marketing strategy on TikTok.
With W, I’d start by identifying influencers and micro-influencers in the skincare and beauty niche, and offer them HIGH commissions to start.
The reality is if you can hire 10 superstars and incentivize them enough to push your product, well the snowball effect kicks in and everyone else is going to want to share it too.
From that point you’ll start getting flooded with affiliate request and hell brakes loose right on time for BFCM
The idea here is to get as much social proof as posisble from high quality creators, then focus on quantity after and watch how more creators start organically tagging the products in their videos.
Phase 3
Pump it!
Creating a win-win situation when you’re working with affiliates is crucial.
For W, I’d heavily leverage social proof + special discounts.
This incentivizes the affiliates AND the potential customers.
With a good discount, customers are more likely to buy…
If customers are more likely to buy, affiliates are more likely to get paid and will push the product more…
And the more your product is pushed, the more new customers you’ll acquire…
It’s a win-win for everyone.
Phase 4
Convert Top-Performing Videos Into TikTok Ads
I’d monitor which organic videos for W are performing best in terms of engagement and views.
Then I’d take these high-performing pieces and use them as the basis for paid TikTok ads.
The videos are already proven to be appealing, we’re just paying for more impressions.
Optimize these ads with clear call-to-actions, like visiting the TikTok Shop, claiming a special offer and we’re golden.
That’s the Strategy!
By following these steps, Jake Paul can leverage TikTok’s nuclear potential to boost W’s visibility, engagement, and sales — especially with the BFCM rush coming up.
Hopefully you learned a thing or two, because this strategy isn’t just relevant for W.
If you’re not tapping into the TikTok creator marketing goldmine, you can use this strategy as a start!
But anyway,
Keep crushing! And keep the Moementum moving!
