You might know ENS, but what about SNS 🤨?

Ethereum Name Service (ENS) and Solana Name Service(SNS) are web3 usernames. For example, @google @twitter @nike @god @help @us are all worth serious money in the secondary market. 

Like Web2 social media names, people and businesses can use this domain to verify their online identity for commercial use.

The ENS BOOM 💥.

For Ethereum, the highest sold domain was 000.eth for 300Ξ, about half a mil. This past week, ENS topped Opensea charts, beating out BAYC.

Currently, over 2.1M ENS domains are registered on OpenSea.

It's not too late. There is still a chance for us 🙏.

SNS is the same concept but built differently on Solana. It benefits from cheaper registers, gas prices and NO yearly renewal fees.

👉WE'RE EARLY: Most importantly, we are so early on SNS compared to ENS, with only 212K Solana domains registered. People are sleeping.

SNS is a chance to strike a gold mine while people overpay for ENS.

Why should you care 😪?

If you want to keep missing out on money, stop reading now.

The real value of web3 domains is in their commercial and social currency. 

Social value 👩‍❤️‍👨: Imagine your name is James. The most common name in the world. Owning James.eth would make you the KING of the James'. Maybe set up a battle to the death with every James for the rights.

Whatever you decide, you'll be the only one able to use that name online and be recognized as the domain's legal owner. 

And because it is a 1/1 in the blockchain, not even Lebron would be able to take that from you. Unless he puts up a nice offer. See where I'm going with this?

If people didn't care about social credentials, all of our Twitter/Instagram handles would look like wallet addresses.

Commercial value 💰: If you're a big company like Nike, your branding is everything. You don't want the 16-year-old Fortnite addict with Nike.sol shitposting nonsense that could damage your brand or give the edge to competitors.

Someone else having web3 ownership of your name is like going across the country on foot. It makes it much harder to get on the other side, especially for companies trying to integrate web3.

And this is where the money is.

⚜️ Golden Nugget: A HUGE OPPORTUNITY ARISES

There are two main qualities of Web3 domains that make them an excellent investment, if done right.

• A digital asset with utility ⚙️. Instead of typing a gazillion numbers to send money, you can send it to a simple .eth address. It makes managing your digital identity more secure and straightforward. While also giving you the ability to centralize all your web3 goodies in one place.

• Fixed Supply 🔒. Domains are 1/1. If you pick the right domain, you can leverage it to make a profit. Or you can use that name to transfer your audience seamlessly across platforms. Keep everything in one place.

With 10x fewer SNS domains than there are ENS, it's clear that there's a huge window of opportunity here. Not securing a few is like seeing a hundred-dollar bill on the floor and leaving.

We can note as well, the biggest profile with a .eth domain is Trey. friggin. Songz. With 13.6M followers. Imagine you had bought treysongz.eth for $100, and his team offers you $10k for it. It could have been you buddy.

Registering valuable domains that companies and people would buy is nothing new to ENS. So let's use that same logic for the 6th largest cryptocurrency. 

Where to start 👇: 

Try to find ANY available domain names and register them without looking back:

• Actors 

• Movie Characters 

• 1-5 digits (yes, low digit numbers sell like hot cakes)

• Cities

• Musicians

• Corporations

• Memes

• Emojis 

The names can be as simple as they are complex, use your imagination.

How can I buy an SNS domain? 🙋‍♂️

It's fr as easy as 1-2-3. 👇

1. Go to https://naming.bonfida.org/ and type the domain you want to register.

2. Swap your $SOL for $FIDA in either Phantom Wallet or any SOL exchange. I recommend Raydium or Jupiter.

3. If the name you desire is available, click checkout, and you will mint your domain. 

Boom. You now own an SNS with huge flip potential. Or you keep it for your own flex.

Extra step if the name is taken: You have to either bid on the domain or start over.

I wish my teachers had told me it was this easy to build generational wealth. 

Final Thoughts 🧠:

In 5-10 years, when Young Thug gets out of prison, and the world adopts cryptocurrency as legal tender, we'll see people fight over the ownership of SNS domains. 

Humans have always fought for land, and web3 domains are the closest thing (right now) we have to digital real estate with REAL utility—sorry, Otherside. 😤

But seriously, people have killed for Instagram @s that do way less.
