This chart has held up since 2014.

Crypto is more volatile than Antonio Brown. We've been on they joy ride to 60K BTC, and just a few months later we're praying support around 20K remains. It feels a lot like this:

So imagine having a crypto price action prediction be right for 8 years straight.

The Rainbow chart has been accurately mapping Bitcoin price action for centuries (in crypto years). Though we don't recommend using it to predict price in real time, it's a good tool to have in your toolbox when making investment decisions. 

Here's how to read it. 📖

• Indigo: Fire sale. Best time to buy BTC. BTC is at its lowest point.

• Blue: A good time to buy BTC, BTC is undervalued and has potential for growth.

• Green: A good time to accumulate & hold BTC. BTC is fairly valued. Not expected to rise or fall in price.

• Blue-green: Still cheap to buy. This is when BTC is undervalued but may not have a lot of potential for growth.

• Light green: BTC is fairly valued but may still have a lot of potential for growth on an up trend.

• Yellow: Good time to hold BTC.

• Light orange: You're getting excited. Crypto is building momentum. ANALYZE if it's a bubble or not.

• Dark orange: FOMO intensifies. BTC is overvalued, and potential for a price crash. Not recommended to buy BTC at this time. Consider selling and taking profits.

• Red: Sell. BTC is for sure in a bubble and overvalued. Do not buy BTC at this time. If you haven't taken profits yet you need more discpline.

👉Is this JUST for BTC?

Yes and no.

We know BTC is the king of the market. And with that, we know when BTC moves mad, the rest of the market follows shortly after. Expect delays, but similar price action in ETH.

• Pink: Maximum bubble territory

• Orange: Go back to BTC?

• Light orange: Have we earned it?

• Yellow: Is this the Flippening?

• Lime Green: Altseason

• Bright Green: Still Cheap.

• Sea Green: Accumulate

• Blue: Undervalued

• Indigo: Fire sale. Accumulate.

Now what?🔮

Based on this chart, we are at the MOST ideal time to buy Bitcoin. If we follow it like a god, the intelligent move would be to dollar cost average. But what about the crowds cheering for 10K BTC? 

Our take 🧠

Though the Rainbow Chart has been accurate so far, this is the first time in crypto's history to perform in a global recession. Analysts predict macro instability and inflation will take us to a really ugly place.

If you're in Europe, you are already experiencing an extreme energy crisis. 40% of Europes energy came from Russian imports. That came to a screeching stop once harsh sanctions were slapped on Russian oil, in response to the invasion of Ukraine.

If inflation continues to rise, people are struggling to pay for bills, food, gas etc. speculative assets like BTC/crypto will continue to see high exit volume.

⚜️ Golden Nugget: What to do now? NFA 

Long-term investors ⏳: If your conviction is high, then based on the chart, now is your time to start dollar cost averaging. 

Viciously eat the dip if the price drops even more. But don't get carried away. Make sure you have cash reserves. If you're a BTC maxi, calm down. Now is the time to dive deep, focus, and asses your risk.

Short-term traders 💨: Up or down. There are always opportunities to make money in the market. If you're like me and think we are still in for down movement, look into shorting cryptocurrencies. Shorting is selling an asset before acquiring them to make a profit when the price falls.
