My good friend Peter launched something BIG.

Ai customer support, not VA……….AI!!

If you know online business you know customer support is usually outsourced to overseas cheap talent.

Usually a lot of issues with that like the language barrier, efficiency and personalization.

Well, Peter aka Chef Goyardi suffered from that himself so he decided to put some stuff together and use Ai to solve that problem.

Never been done before

Now you have an Ai customer support rep that can reply to your customer concerns in seconds using the tone you want, with the personalization needed.

I haven’t used it yet, but I seen it in action, and I’m getting ready to fire people for it lol..hopefully, my team isn’t reading this.

The Ultimate Spy Method

Now that the birds are gone. If you made it to this point, congrats.

This one is for the boys!

Every day I get asked these 2 questions

“How do I get started?” or “Where do I get started”

Usually ill say go to youtube, today I’m feeling spicy.

The answer is to spy on your competition and if you don’t have any find whats working!

So, here’s a super simple research hack that you can start implementing today:

Step 1: Use a platform like answerthepublic.com to look up the most commonly asked questions and keywords for the product you want to launch.

Step 2: Search these questions on Tiktok, Google Trends, and Youtube.

Keep in mind, TikTok is really good at knowing what you like. Your current FYP is catered towards your personal interests which is no bueno.

So you’re going to want to create a new account for business purposes 😉 especially if your FYP is a bunch of nonsense, girls, and random health tips that you don’t follow.

Step 3: Spend 10-20 minutes a day going through and engaging with niche-specific content.

For example, you want to launch a fitness product? Skip every video thats not in that category.

Over time, your FYP will only start showing you only niche-specific content. Make note of what videos are being amplified to the FYP.

Save them, study them, duplicate them.

And boom, within a week you should have an idea of some hot-selling products you can launch with.

When I outlined this email I had a whole different idea I wanted to write about

Ended up taking a whole different approach.

Blame it on the view of Miami Beach I’m staring at as I’m writing, or the triple espresso shot I’m sipping on.

Anyways, here are some prompts I used this week that I think can be useful for you too.

Prompt 1: Analyze the writing style below and write about [your topic in as much detail] as the author below would write. Use similar spacing, frameworks, tonality, and emojis (if present). Keep it as close as possible.

Plot twist, this whole email was written by Chatgpt

Prompt 2: Give me a few CTA (call to action) ideas for my new product. Next, give me a few Tagline ideas for my new product. Make sure they are eye-catching, short, and friendly. Must emphasize "value" over "action".

Product: [add your product information here]

Prompt 3: As a scriptwriter and content producer for a TikTok page centered around [niche/genre], develop a list of 10 unique TikTok video ideas relating to [topic].

Aim to maximize views and user interaction by leveraging current TikTok trends and challenges to create a set of videos with the potential to go viral. Ensure that the content maintains the viewers' interest and is both relevant and captivating. Take the necessary time to provide high-quality information.

If you comprehend these directions, start the conversation with, "Hello, I am your Creative Strategist from Moe Hayek’s newsletter. Here are 10 Content Ideas for your upcoming TikTok video." and initiate the first request.
